We uphold the utmost standard of quality for all of our handmade garments and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your items, we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
 
You will be responsible for any costs associated with posting your garment back to us. We recommend you retain your post receipt for tracking purposes, as we are not responsible if the item is not delivered to us.
 
 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange your item, please contact us here to arrange.

Please note that because all of our styles are limited edition, we cannot guarantee that your requested replacement item will be available.

Your exchange will be processed once the item has been received and deemed to be in its original condition.

Items must be received within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for exchange. 


RETURNS

To request a refund, please email us here with details.

Items must be received within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item value.

Your refund will be processed once the item has been received and deemed to be in its original condition. 

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds for pre-ordered garments, sale items, promotional incentives, and purchases made by winning Giveaways/Competitions will be provided as a store credit.

Refunds will not be provided for missing or stolen items.

Exchanges and Refunds are not available on Gift Vouchers or Fabric Samples.

We aim to process refunds immediately once goods are received but please note the funds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
